In the first session we work to identify goals for therapy. I make sure all participants' goals are heard and, prior to ending, we collaborate on the direction of therapy.
Do you accept insurance for therapy services?
At this time, I am out-of-network, however I try to be as accommodating as possible when it comes to providing my services. Call me today and I’ll do my best to accommodate to your situation. Session fees are currently $130-$150 per 50 minute session.
How long does each therapy session take?
Each therapy session typically lasts 50 minutes. After the initial session, most clients schedule sessions weekly. Frequency of sessions is discussed through the therapy process to meet the needs of the client based on progress and preference.

Life is hard, and often our struggles leave us feeling hopeless and alone. But none of us are broken. We all deserve unconditional acceptance and nonjudgmental curiosity as we work through our deepest emotions. I am continuously inspired by how resilient human beings are, and by how rewarding it is to help facilitate growth, healing, and self-compassion.
