Addiction and Recovery
If you are reading this, then you or someone you love is probably dealing with substance abuse problems or are in recovery. Addiction needs to be addressed from multiple angles in order to grow in recovery - we work to grow emotionally, physically, and spiritually. In our therapy sessions, we will address your needs using the principles of 12-Step recovery.

You can benefit from sessions if:
-
You are sober, but still feel like something is missing.
-
You are attending meetings and also want help with developing new coping skills.
-
Your loved one is struggling with addiction and you don't understand why just don't stop.

Addiction is a "family disease" and families are impacted by substance abuse. Al-Anon, Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, and Codependents Anonymous are great community resources to supplement your therapy.
