Couples Therapy Intensives

Couples rarely have the luxury of time when their relationship is in jeopardy. Whether they are drowning in a sudden crisis like betrayal, or just chronically overwhelmed and time-crunched, the traditional model of therapy falls short. Expecting two people to untangle years of pain, navigate conflict, and rebuild intimacy in standard 50- or 90-minute weekly increments is an uphill battle. When a marriage is on the line, couples don't need a slow assessment phase—they need a breakthrough.

Young couple

Relationship intensives collapse weeks of traditional therapy into focused segments of time. I meet with couples for two consecutive days, dedicating four to six hours each day to deep, focused work.

This isn't just a very long session; it’s a specific therapeutic frame designed to fast-track insight and traction when a relationship is in crisis.

Intensives change the rules. With the luxury of time, we can actually stick with the escalation, guide you through the fire, and teach you how to de-escalate and self-soothe in real-time.

The result?

  • Space to breathe: Time for the nervous system to actually settle between hard conversations.

  • A continuous arc: No weekly "start-stop" friction; we finish what we begin.

  • Immediate hope: A massive injection of momentum that reminds weary couples what is still possible between them.
